The Smart Industry Computer and Internet of Things Association (ICAA) today (20) visited the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association (TEEMA). The delegation was led by ICAA Chairman, Rongchengdian Chairman Lu Guqing, and included founding chairman Jingdaguang Chairman Li Yingzhen, director Shi Ding Chairman Jian Chuansheng, director Xinchuang Chairman Xu Yurui, Advantech Business Vice President Lin Qifeng, and ICAA Secretary General Transcend Business Director Lin Fangying. TEEMA was warmly received by Secretary General Lin Quanneng and Deputy Secretary General Lu Zhengqin, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges.
In addition to the new team getting to know each other, TEEMA also shared its future plans - it will promote the establishment of "overseas science parks" in multiple countries to help Taiwan's industrial chain accelerate its international layout and local development. The ICAA team expressed strong support for this vision and looks forward to strengthening collaboration with TEEMA on topics such as smart manufacturing, AIoT applications, and industrial upgrading, thereby creating new advantages for Taiwan's technology industry.
Both parties also exchanged views on future domestic and international exhibitions and expressed a strong desire to co-organize them. They hope to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Taiwanese industries on the international stage through resource sharing and cross-sector collaboration.
ICAA Chairman Lu Guqing stated, "ICAA members span the fields of industrial control, AIoT, semiconductors, and embedded systems. Working together with the Electrical and Electronics Association, we will be able to form a complete value chain from components to application solutions. This is not only the starting point for industry integration, but also a crucial step in promoting Taiwan's smart manufacturing capabilities internationally."
The Smart Industry Computer and Internet of Things Association will continue to deepen its strategic partnership with industry associations, combining the power of private sector innovation with the policy influence of associations to inject new momentum into the smart manufacturing and AIoT ecosystems and usher in a new era of collaborative and mutually beneficial development.
