ICAA Members Visit ITRI, Highlighting Cutting-Edge Technologies in Electronics, Photonics, and Service Robotics

 

On August 6, 2025, the Intelligent Computing and AIoT Association (ICAA) organized an exclusive visit to the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Members from sectors including industrial control, IoT, electronic components, and communication technologies were invited to explore ITRI’s Electronics and Optoelectronics System Research Laboratories and Service Systems Technology Center, gaining in-depth insights into ITRI’s latest R&D achievements in smart manufacturing, advanced sensing, AIoT platforms, and integrated robotics applications.

Led personally by the ICAA Chairman, the visit featured guided tours and technical briefings conducted by ITRI’s research teams. These sessions enabled participating companies to explore potential collaboration opportunities and technology implementation pathways tailored to their specific business needs.

  • Demonstration of advanced technologies in smart manufacturing and electronic packaging
  • Introduction to integrated platforms for service robotics

Following the visit, many participating companies shared positive feedback, expressing that they gained valuable insights and were deeply impressed by ITRI’s research capabilities and technological maturity. They also looked forward to more opportunities for future technical collaboration and matchmaking.
