ICAA Inventory Matching Platform – Usage Guidelines and Details

To support member companies in improving inventory circulation efficiency, facilitating resource integration across the industry, and reducing inventory pressure, the Industrial Computer and AIoT Association (ICAA) has established the "Inventory Matching Platform". This service allows members to list their excess inventory for free, with ICAA assisting in promotion and matching with potential buyers.

1. Eligibility

Only official ICAA member companies are eligible to use this platform. Each company may appoint one representative responsible for uploading and managing their listed inventory.

2. Eligible Product Categories

  • Industrial computing products (embedded systems, panel PCs, motherboards, monitors, etc.)
  • Embedded components (modules, I/O cards, connectors, power supplies, enclosures, etc.)
  • AIoT peripheral devices (sensors, gateways, network hubs, AI modules, etc.)
  • Other inventory items with market potential and ready-to-ship availability

Note: Only new or fully functional items that can be shipped immediately are allowed. Repair items or scrap goods are strictly prohibited.

3. Listing Procedure

Please contact your assigned ICAA liaison to request the inventory submission form. Fill in the following information:

  • Product name / model number
  • Quantity and minimum order quantity
  • Product photo (actual product image or reference image recommended)
  • Product description and specifications
  • Contact information (company name, contact person, phone number, and email)

4. Important Notes

  • Please regularly update inventory status and contact information to prevent communication issues.
  • ICAA reserves the right to remove listings or revoke access in the event of false information, redirecting traffic for ads, or misuse of resources.
  • Transactions resulting from successful matches are independently negotiated between members. ICAA does not participate in payment or delivery processes, but can serve as a neutral third-party witness if needed.
