Message from ICAA Founding Chairperson: IJ Lee
Since the establishment of the Intelligent Computing and Internet of Things Association (ICAA), we have upheld the core mission of “advancing industrial upgrades, promoting smart applications, and expanding global perspectives,” striving to build a vital platform for the development of Taiwan’s smart industry. Looking back at the original vision of founding the association, I firmly believe that true innovation and transformation can only be achieved through close collaboration among industry, government, academia, and research sectors. That’s why we have actively facilitated technical exchanges and strategic partnerships among our members, promoted cross-industry integration, and built long-term connections with international organizations to unlock global opportunities for Taiwan’s industries.
I believe the future of the smart industry lies not only in technological innovation but also in the restructuring of the value chain and the co-creation of an industry ecosystem. ICAA’s role is to serve as a bridge—connecting resources, building consensus, and accelerating practical implementation. Moving forward, I hope the association will continue to amplify its platform influence and support more enterprises in embracing the new era of digital transformation and sustainable development.
I sincerely thank every member for your support and dedication. Let us work together to write a brighter chapter for Taiwan’s smart industry.
Message from the 2nd ICAA Chairman: IJ Lee
Since its establishment, the Intelligent Computing and Internet of Things Association (ICAA) has remained committed to its core mission of "driving industrial upgrades, advancing smart applications, and connecting global resources." Our goal is to unite upstream and downstream forces in the smart industry to build the most influential industrial platform in Taiwan.
As the second-term Chairperson, I am deeply aware of the significance of this responsibility. Building upon the foundation laid by our founding team, we have focused on fostering deeper industry collaboration and practical cooperation. We have actively expanded member services by promoting technical forums, cross-industry networking, policy advocacy, and international engagement. These efforts aim to help members seize the opportunities and tackle the challenges brought by emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, edge computing, 5G, and ESG.
During this term, ICAA has also strengthened dialogue with government, academia, and research sectors. We’ve built strategic alliances with organizations such as the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA), the AI Chip Alliance—comprising the Taiwan AI Chip Alliance (AITA), Cloud Computing & IoT Association in Taiwan (CIAT), Chinese Software Association (CISA), Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI), ICAA, Photonics Industry & Technology Development Association (PIDA), Taiwan Association of Information and Communication Standards (TAICS), and TEEMA—as well as the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA). These partnerships pave the way for innovative cross-disciplinary applications.
At the same time, we have remained focused on members’ practical needs by introducing more customized services and creating opportunities for global market integration. Our goal is to help enterprises enhance their competitiveness and accelerate their transformation and upgrading.
Looking ahead, ICAA will continue to uphold the values of professionalism, mutual success, and forward-thinking vision. We aspire not only to be a guide in technology and trends but also to serve as the strongest support for every member. I sincerely thank all our members for your continued support and participation. Together, let us shape a new future for Taiwan’s smart industry and showcase ICAA’s strength and value on the world stage.
Message from the 3rd Term Chairman: Ken Lu
Dear ICAA members and industry partners,
I am deeply honored to have been entrusted with the role of Chairman for the third term of the Intelligent Computing & AIOT Association (ICAA). Your trust and support mean a great deal to me. I fully understand that this position is not only a recognition, but also a significant responsibility.
Since its establishment, ICAA has now entered its third term. From humble beginnings to a more structured and stable organization, we have always upheld the mission of “fostering industry collaboration, advancing smart technology, and strengthening international connectivity.” Together, we have built consensus within the industry and created broader horizons and opportunities for our members. These achievements are thanks to the dedication and contributions of all past chairpersons, board members, and every member who has worked tirelessly to help ICAA secure its standing and continue to shine in the fields of industrial computing and IoT.
As the industry rapidly evolves, emerging trends such as AI + robotics, 5G, edge computing, and ESG have become key drivers for industrial transformation and sustainable growth. We must not only keep pace, but strive to stay ahead. Looking to the next two years, I envision ICAA deepening our work across three strategic pillars:
- Integrating resources to enhance member collaboration and cross-industry association partnerships;
- Promoting digital transformation and building stronger connections between industry, academia, and research to accelerate innovation;
- Expanding global perspectives to align with international markets and strategic partners.
With “Service, Collaboration, and Innovation” as our guiding principles, I will work hand-in-hand with our board and task force teams to deliver tangible value for all members. Our goal is to ensure ICAA remains your strongest support and trusted partner.
Thank you once again for placing this responsibility in my hands. I will lead our third-term team with humility, dedication, and unwavering commitment to fulfill our mission and live up to your expectations.
Wishing everyone continued success in your careers, good health, a happy family life, and all the best in the year ahead!

Message from the 3rd Term Vice Chairman:Albert Lee
Dear members and industry leaders:
Hello everyone! I am a Standing Director of the 3rd ICAA Board. It is a great honor to connect with you through this brochure at this critical juncture of technological transformation and to share our common vision for the development of the smart industry.
The Smart Industrial Computer and Internet of Things Association (ICAA) was founded with the aim of establishing a cross-disciplinary, cross-industry integration platform. In this era where the world is moving toward the deep integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), Taiwan has become an indispensable core force in the global technology supply chain, leveraging its strong foundation in Industrial PC (IPC) hardware and flexible system integration capabilities. However, the era of going it alone is over; collaborative partnerships are the key to the future.
As a founding member of the ICAA, I have witnessed how the association has successfully fostered close collaboration among R&D and manufacturing firms, component suppliers, distributors, and end-user system integrators over the past few years. Our mission extends beyond technical exchange to the precise matching of resources. From smart manufacturing and smart healthcare to smart city initiatives, the association has consistently been at the forefront, helping member companies identify new business opportunities in a dynamic market environment and collectively addressing emerging challenges such as net-zero emissions and edge computing (Edge AI).
Looking ahead, the current Board of Directors and Supervisors will continue to uphold the spirit of “Service, Mutual Benefit, and Innovation,” deepening collaboration among industry, government, academia, and research institutions. We will actively participate in leading international exhibitions and technical forums to showcase Taiwan’s AIoT capabilities on the global stage. This is not merely an introduction to the Association; it is a sincere invitation. We look forward to welcoming more innovative partners to join ICAA, so we can walk side by side and carve out a broader blue ocean amidst the wave of smart technology.
Finally, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all members for your long-standing support. Let us work together to contribute to the transformation and advancement of Taiwan’s smart industry.
Albert Lee, Executive Director of the 3rd ICAA
Message from the 3rd Term Vice Chairman: Etay Lee
Dear distinguished members and partners of the ICAA:
Since the Association’s inception, I have had the honor of serving as an Executive Director, witnessing ICAA’s journey from its early stages to steady growth.
Thanks to the dedication of past Board members and all members, the Association has established a influential position in the industrial computing and IoT sectors. These achievements are the result of the long-term cooperation and contributions of all members.
As we enter our third term, the Association will advance its development with a clearer strategic focus, including resource integration, the promotion of digital transformation, and the deepening of our international presence—a direction that is both clear and concrete. I will continue to support the decisions and initiatives of the Board of Directors and Supervisors, strengthening execution and outcomes.
Faced with global supply chain restructuring and intensifying competition, individual companies can no longer cope on their own. The value of ICAA lies in pooling industry resources, promoting cross-sector integration, and thereby strengthening the competitive edge of our member partners in the field of smart manufacturing.
We hope that through the Association’s initiatives, we can continue to deepen member exchanges and foster substantive collaboration; strengthen industry-academia-research partnerships to accelerate technology transfer; and simultaneously enhance the industry’s visibility and expand global opportunities through active participation in international events.
The Association’s development relies on the ongoing commitment of all members. We look forward to our partners working together with professionalism and action to steadily advance the platform’s value and continuously enhance its influence.
We wish the industry shared prosperity and steady development.
Etay Lee, Executive Director of the 3rd ICAA Term
