The Intelligent Computing and Internet of Things Association (ICAA) is a legally registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cross-industry applications of ICT, AI, robotics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Its mission includes advancing smart manufacturing, smart healthcare, and intelligent transportation development.

ICAA has over 120 members, primarily manufacturers and key component suppliers in the IPC and IoT industries, including many publicly listed companies in Taiwan.

  1. Download and complete the membership application form (PDF).
  2. Stamp the form with your company seal and send a scanned copy to service@icaa.org.tw.
  3. Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and Supervisors. Upon approval, you will be notified to pay the membership and annual fees.

ICAA offers four membership categories based on paid-in capital:

  • Category A: NT$50,000 for both admission and annual fees (capital ≥ NT$1 billion, 5 representatives)
  • Category B: NT$30,000 each (capital ≥ NT$500 million, 3 representatives)
  • Category C: NT$20,000 each (capital ≥ NT$100 million, 2 representatives)
  • Category D: NT$10,000 each (capital < NT$5 million or academic/research institutions, 1 representative)

Each member may appoint 1 to 5 official representatives, depending on their membership category.

ICAA’s Unified Business Number is 91353087. This number is used for issuing invoices and processing bank transfers.

  • Quarterly member meetings, technical forums, and networking dinners
  • Cross-industry collaboration platforms with organizations such as TEEMA and the Importers & Exporters Association
  • Participation in technical forums and standard-setting committees
  • Priority access to white papers and market intelligence reports
  • Brand exposure through social media and newsletters
  • A role in policy advocacy and access to government resources

ICAA focuses on integrating industry–government–academia resources, developing smart IoT platforms, expanding global business opportunities, accelerating Taiwan’s IPC/IoT growth, facilitating government communication, and promoting workforce development.

The “Members” section on the ICAA website lists all member companies, categorized from Category A to D, including many of Taiwan’s top publicly traded enterprises.

Once your application is approved, you will be asked to pay the one-time admission fee and the corresponding annual fee based on your membership category.

ICAA regularly hosts member general assemblies, technical forums, and annual banquets. The association also partners with other organizations to promote industry trends and policy initiatives.
