Taipei, September 22, 2025—The Yilan County Government's Industrial and Commercial Development and Investment Promotion Council (Yilan ICAA) visited ICAA Chairman Lu today. The two sides had in-depth discussions on member company visits and investment proposals for the Yilan Science Park (Yilan Science Park).
🎯 Members' Meeting Briefing
Chairman Lu invited the Hsinchu Science Park Investment Group to give a special presentation at the ICAA Members' Meeting on December 12th, sharing the investment environment and resources at Yilan Science Park. The presentation is expected to last 15 to 20 minutes. The meeting window will be coordinated by ICAA Secretary-General Fenny.
🎯 Member Company Visit to Yilan Science Park
To further promote collaboration, ICAA will arrange for member companies to visit Yilan Science Park (Yilan Science Park) the week after the Members' Meeting (Wednesday or Thursday) to learn more about the investment environment and industry opportunities.
🎯 ICAA Investment Plans
ICAA currently offers two investment options:
Option 1: Lease land and build your own factory.
Option 2: Lease ICAA's existing standard factory.
🎯 Subsequent Confirmation
Chairman Lu specifically reminded the Hsinchu Science Park Investment Group that they need to further confirm whether ICAA's site is suitable for robotics and drone testing to facilitate the future development of member companies.
