【ICAA Membership Information】

Dear Industry Leaders,

The Intelligent Industrial Computer and IoT Association (ICAA) cordially invites professionals from all sectors to join our association. To promote industry exchange, resource integration, and cross-sector collaboration, ICAA membership is categorized into Corporate Members and Individual Members. We welcome eligible corporate representatives, industry professionals, consultants, members of academic and research institutions, and all those interested in the development of the intelligent industry to actively apply for membership.

ICAA is committed to driving the deep integration of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and robotics with various industrial sectors. We continuously promote the development of applications in smart transportation, intelligent surveillance, green energy, smart manufacturing, smart machinery, smart healthcare, and the startup sector, aiming to build a high-quality platform for industry exchange and collaboration.

 

【Membership Categories】

I. Corporate Membership

Corporate membership is open to legally registered companies, business entities, legal organizations, academic institutions, research organizations, and enterprises or groups related to the smart industry. The Association classifies corporate members into four categories—A, B, C, and D—based on company size and paid-in capital to facilitate the management of member representative quotas, membership fee tiers, and participation mechanisms.

II. Individual Members

Individual membership is open to individuals who wish to participate in the smart industry, industrial computing, AIoT, digital transformation, industrial applications, technical exchanges, or cross-sector collaboration. Individual members can participate in events, exchange resources, stay connected with industry trends, and expand their professional networks and collaboration opportunities through the association's platform.

 

【Membership Application Process】

I. Corporate Membership Application Process

  1. Complete the membership application form. (Download the Membership Application Form）
  2. Affix the company’s official seal and company stamp, then scan the document as a color file.
  3. Email the application documents to the Association’s email address: service@icaa.org.tw。
  4. The association will submit the application to the Board of Directors and Supervisors for review.
  5. Upon approval, you will be notified separately regarding the payment of the admission fee and annual membership dues.

II. Individual Membership Application Process

  1. Complete the membership application form. (Download the Membership Application Form）
  2. Provide the required basic information as specified by the association.
  3. Email the application documents to the Association’s email address: service@icaa.org.tw。
  4. The Association will process the application through its review procedures.
  5. Upon approval, you will be notified separately regarding the payment of the admission fee and annual membership dues.

 

【ICAA Membership Fee Guidelines】

To promote the association's sustainable operation and equitable participation, the ICAA classifies corporate members into four categories—A, B, C, and D—based on their paid-in capital. The corresponding admission fees, annual dues, and number of corporate member representatives are as follows:

I. Corporate Members

  1. Admission Fee (One-time payment)
    • Category A Corporate Member: NT$50,000 (Paid-in capital of NT$1 billion or more)
    • Category B Corporate Member: NT$30,000 (Paid-in capital of NT$500 million or more)
    • Category C Corporate Member: NT$20,000 (Paid-in capital of NT$100 million or more)
    • Category D Corporate Member: NT$10,000 (Paid-in capital of NT$5 million or less, or academic/research institutions)
  2. Annual Membership Fee (Paid once a year)
    • Category A Corporate Member: NT$50,000
    • Category B Corporate Member: NT$30,000
    • Category C Corporate Member: NT$20,000
    • Category D Corporate Member: NT$10,000
  3. Number of Corporate Member Representatives
    • Category A Corporate Member: May appoint 5 representatives
    • Category B Corporate Member: May appoint 3 representatives
    • Category C Corporate Member: May appoint 2 representatives
    • Category D Corporate Member: May appoint 1 representative

II. Individual Members

  • Admission Fee: NT$20,000
  • Annual Membership Fee: NT$20,000

 

【Membership Review and Management Principles】

The Association has established a comprehensive membership review and management mechanism, which categorizes members into two main types: corporate members and individual members. All applications must meet basic eligibility requirements and undergo a document review and professional evaluation process, which comprehensively assesses the applicant’s background, professional capabilities, and industry relevance to ensure the professionalism and representativeness of the membership structure. Approved members may access Association resources, participate in networking and collaboration opportunities, and engage in promotional activities; however, they must also comply with relevant bylaws, fulfill their obligations, and uphold the Association’s reputation.
